Violins must fulfill the following requirements in order to be eligible to entered in the 15th International Henryk Wieniawski Violin Making Competition: be an original work and the property of the entrant, be built no earlier than 2022 and have not been awarded in other violin competitions.

Delivery of instruments: 

• by parcel: shipment between March 10 and 31, 2025.
• personal delivery (by a trusted person): during the opening hours of the Museum of Musical Instruments until April 12 at 4 pm.

Collection of instruments after the Competition: 

• for non-exhibited instruments: from May 19 
• for exhibited instruments: from June 2 
  
  (Monday-Friday, between 10 AM and 2 PM)
